PagerDuty has excellent integration with automatic monitoring, but what if your support is better in catching bugs. Or better to say your clients are catching the critical bugs for you. It’s important to fix such critical problems as soon as possible.

In this case, support has no way to easily ping(or maybe even wake up) on-call developers. One option would be use a shared account for support… But you’ll need to pay for the seat, and it’s not so straightforward how to use PagerDuty UI to create a manual incident.

And to solve this problem, we created PagerDuty notifier. To use the service you need to share the API key, and the interface is intuitive. Just need to select who to notify and some text for it.
